You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section. You'll see the current status and tracking information for all your orders.
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Visit our Returns page or contact support to initiate a return.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Metro Manila and 7-14 business days for provincial areas. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, Maya, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Go to your Orders page and click 'Cancel Order'. Once shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and process a return.
